Blues did not originate from New Orleans like Jazz but it
definitely has made an impact in New Orleans. Blues has numerous sub-genres:
New Orleans blues and the Swamp blues are two of them you will hear about in
NOLA. As you travel through New Orleans you will find musicians throughout the
streets and in bars and music halls throughout.
